   Warranty and Returns:


The Flowers.NL florist guarantees a beautiful bouquet for 7 days, provided you take proper care of the flowers, of course. Flowers are a natural product, and this may occasionally lead to variations in quality. If this happens, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the bouquet with clear photographic evidence. In case of a complaint, we kindly request three photos of the delivered bouquet (top, side, and stems).
For all items you purchase from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product should be or do what the consumer may reasonably expect. Some products may also come with a manufacturer's warranty. Our warranty does not affect your legal rights.

It's unfortunate that you wish to return an item or items. Our return conditions are outlined below: Unfortunately, it's not possible to return a bouquet to us or the florist. Revocation rights do not apply to flowers due to their limited shelf life. For the Fleurop Flower Voucher, you have a revocation period of 14 days until you redeem the voucher. Fleurop gift items such as stuffed animals, vases, wine, Prosecco can be returned to us. We provide a return period of 14 days, without the need for a specific reason. This reconsideration period starts on the day after all items from the order have been delivered. If you place an order a week before the delivery date, the reconsideration period starts from the moment of delivery. Conditions for return: The item must still be in its original packaging and unused. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service at 085-2732330 (no additional charges) or wecare@flowers.nl. You can notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to revoke the purchase. After notification, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receiving them without prior notification, as long as you include a statement indicating your desire to revoke. You are solely responsible for the depreciation of the products that results from the use of the products, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the products. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you notice that the flowers arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately and provide them with clear photos of the damaged flowers. We typically offer a solution, such as redelivery of undamaged flowers.

If you discover that the wrong flowers or an incorrect bouquet have been delivered, please contact our customer service immediately and provide all relevant details. We will investigate the matter and take steps to deliver the correct flowers.

Response to question 3.

If the flowers seem to be late for a special occasion, we recommend first checking whether a notice has been left in the recipient's mailbox or if you've received an email notification of a delay. If no such message is found, please contact our customer service to determine the cause of the delay. If necessary, request a refund or a discount for the delayed delivery. We are here to assist you with any delivery issues.

If extras such as cards, vases, or ribbons are missing or of poor quality, please contact our customer service to request correction, such as redelivery of missing items or appropriate compensation. It's important to note that products such as cakes, fruit baskets, exclusive chocolates, bottles of Champagne or spirits, and Home Spa gift sets are often delivered separately by parcel delivery services like PostNL, DHL, DPD, or UPS. In such cases, separate delivery times and instructions may apply. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary information for these specific products.
