Following the current developments and guidelines concerning the corona virus, our Florists are taking measures to limit health risks.
Order volumes are currently higher than normal. We ask for your understanding!

1. If I order a bouquet on-line, when will the flowers be delivered?

Yes, We can still guarantee the delivery of flowers for now. Order your flowers on-line and our Fleurop florists will deliver it. We do take some measures with the delivery of bouquets. If you order a bouquet before 13:00 CET, the bouquet will be delivered today. Due to the high order volume, it is unfortunately not possible to choose a delivery time. Due to the high order volume it's possible that your flower order will be delivered later that day or in the evening.

If no Dutch phone number of recipient is provided and the flowers could not be left with the neighbors and only if there is a safe location at the delivery address our Florist will leave the flowers outside for recipient to collect.

2. What measures does the Florist take to deliver flowers safely?

From now on we deliver the bouquets contact-less. Delivery staff will deliver the bouquet to the door upon delivery. To ensure correct delivery, we ask you to fill in the telephone number of the recipient when placing an order, so that contact can be made about the time of delivery. Delivery times such as before and after noon cannot currently be guaranteed.

3. Are all types of flowers and bouquets still available?

The florists clearly notice the consequences of the corona virus in the shops. Because the entire export of flowers has come to a standstill, growers are only allowed to auction 30% of their usual supply. As a result, there is a limited supply of flowers. There is much more demand than supply of flowers. Florists will therefore occasionally have to use other materials than those shown in the bouquets on our website. The offer differs daily and is therefore very difficult to keep up to date. However, the florist will guarantee the color scheme and style of the bouquets shown.

4. Are gift items still available?

Yes, these are still available, however, due to the COVID-19 Corona Virus, it is busier than usual when PostNL processes parcels. As a result, delivery of Fruit Baskets, Champagne, Whiskey, Chocolate Truffles and Rituals gift sets may be delayed.
