Important: Please order 3-4 business days in advance! This gives us enough processing time to get the package to our florist so they can deliver it together with the flowers.
Delivery Time: Order before 6:00 PM (CET/Dutch time) to increase the chance of delivery on the next business day (Mon-Sat). Please allow for a total lead time of 1-3 business days due to delivery via DHL.
Simultaneous Delivery (or a Double Surprise!): We make every effort to have the Sol de Janeiro Bom Dia Jet Set and the bouquet delivered at the same time. However, whether they actually arrive simultaneously depends on the service provided by the parcel service. Do they arrive separately? Then it's actually an extra surprise for the recipient, who gets two visits from the delivery person!
Orders after 6:00 PM or logistical issues: If you order after 6:00 PM or if there are unforeseen logistical circumstances, the products may be delivered separately and at a later time.
No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
