Processing

We directly go to work for you. The status of your order can always be checked by the track and trace link(green bar) in the order confirmation.

Please contact us by email if the payment was not successful or contact your bank.

Order will be kept on pending for payment.

Orders are only processed by us when full payment has been received for the order. It is possible that email confirmations are marked as spam by the email providers because you do not receive them. In that case, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.
