How to order Flowers?

Continue shopping or check out?

Once you are satisfied with your choice, add the flowers to your shopping cart. Here, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and move on to the next step in the order process.

Review the shopping cart

You will now see an overview of all items in the shopping cart.

You can remove any items you've added in excess by clicking on the 'x' next to the amount or by changing the quantities. You can also add any additional extras, such as chocolates or a vase, to complete your gift.

Select the payment method and accept the terms and conditions, then click on Secure Order.
Please note: The choice of the payment method occurs before actual payment data entry. You will only be prompted to provide payment details after entering all delivery address details on the next page. These payment details are securely entered through the secure environment of our payment provider.

Address details

Fill in all the required information so that we can process the order correctly. We ensure that your personal details are processed securely.

1. First, enter your email address. We will send the order confirmation and all order status updates to this email address.
2. Next, provide the recipient's first name and last name.
3. Recipient's phone number. This is very useful for us to have in case the delivery address turns out to be incorrect or unfindable during delivery, in which case we can contact the recipient directly.
4. The next step is to enter the postal code. In the Netherlands, this consists of a series of 4 digits and 2 letters.
5. Enter the house number, and the address will be automatically displayed.
6. Choose the delivery date.
7. Fill in your personal details.
8. Click 'Next' to confirm this step.

The checkout page

If you have chosen Ideal as your payment method, you need to select your bank and then click 'Buy Now'. If you have chosen a different payment method, you will be redirected to the payment page of that method.

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

The payment is processed in a secure payment environment by Multisafepay or Paypal.

After the payment is approved, you will also receive a confirmation via email.

If the payment fails or if you encounter any issues, it's not necessary to place a new order. Please contact our customer service at sales@flowers.nl. They can determine why the payment didn't go through and assist you further.

Surprise and Enjoy

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will now start putting together your flowers with care and delivering them on the agreed-upon date.

All you need to do now is wait for the moment of surprise. The recipient will surely be delighted with this beautiful flower gift.
