By default, our bouquets are delivered without a vase to ensure they are as fresh as possible and to keep shipping efficient. However, during the checkout process, you can easily add a high-quality glass vase to your order as an extra gift.

Yes! You can make your surprise even more special by adding luxury chocolates, a bottle of wine or champagne, or a soft teddy bear. These options will be presented to you once you have selected your bouquet and proceed to the checkout.

Ordering & deadlines

Yes, we always deliver on Valentine’s Day, 14 February, throughout the Netherlands. Because this is one of the busiest days of the year, special delivery conditions apply. Delivery takes place during the day, but it is unfortunately not possible to choose a specific time slot.

For delivery on Valentine’s Day, a fixed order deadline applies: 14 February at 12:00 PM. This deadline is shown before checkout, so you know exactly where you stand. For deliveries to the Wadden Islands, an earlier deadline applies: 13 February at 1:00 PM.

Yes, you can still place an order on Valentine’s Day itself until 14 February at 12:00 PM. We consider this last-minute ordering. After this time, delivery on Valentine’s Day is no longer possible.

Delivery & times

On Valentine’s Day it is unfortunately not possible to choose a specific delivery time or time window. Our florists aim to deliver all orders before 6:00 PM, but due to the high volume we cannot guarantee this. You will automatically receive a delivery confirmation once the bouquet has been delivered.

Yes, delivery to a business, hotel or hospital is possible on Valentine’s Day. In most cases, the flowers are handed over at reception, who will then inform the recipient. Our couriers do not deliver directly to departments, rooms or workspaces.

We work with a network of local professional florists throughout the Netherlands. Each bouquet is hand-arranged on the day of delivery using fresh, seasonal flowers. This local approach minimizes transport time, ensuring your Valentine's gift arrives in peak condition.

Yes, we offer a 7-day freshness guarantee on all our bouquets. If the flowers do not stay fresh for at least 7 days, please contact our customer service with a photo of the bouquet so we can provide a suitable solution.

To enjoy the bouquet for as long as possible, we recommend:
  • Using a clean vase with lukewarm water.
  • Adding the flower food provided with the bouquet.
  • Cutting about 2 cm off the stems at a diagonal angle.
  • Placing the flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit.

Recipient not at home

If the recipient is not at home, we try to deliver the order to a neighbour. If successful, a not-at-home card is left with instructions on where the bouquet was delivered.

If the order includes alcohol, delivery to neighbours is not possible due to mandatory age verification. In that case, personal delivery to the recipient is required by law.

Changes & cancellations

In many cases, we can still change the delivery date if you contact us in time. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Anonymous & card

Yes, anonymous delivery is possible on Valentine’s Day. You can choose not to include a name on the card or use a neutral message.

We never share any sender details with the recipient other than the message written on the card.

Yes, you can add a personal message during checkout. This message will be included on a card with the bouquet.

Status & tracking

On the delivery date, you will receive an email once the bouquet has been prepared by the florist and collected by the courier. This email confirms that your order is on its way.

Between collection and delivery, it is not possible to track the courier’s exact location. Therefore, we cannot provide an exact delivery time.

Once the bouquet has been delivered, you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation email. Please note that florists may register deliveries later in the day or evening, so the confirmation time does not always reflect the actual delivery moment.

Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days of the year, and deliveries may take place later than expected. Our florists do everything they can to deliver orders as timely as possible, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If you have not yet received a delivery confirmation, this does not automatically mean the bouquet was not delivered. In some cases, confirmations are sent later or emails may be delayed.

No, unfortunately we do not offer this service. It is currently not possible to provide photos of the delivery or bouquet.

Costs

For deliveries within the Netherlands, we apply a fixed delivery fee of €8.95 all year round. This rate also applies on Valentine’s Day.
