Flower delivery

Our bouquets, seasonal flowers and floral arrangements are hand-arranged and personally delivered by local florists throughout the Netherlands.

• Delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
• Same-day delivery: order before 13:00, Saturday before 12:00.
• Delivery time: usually between 09:00 and 18:00.
• Sunday delivery: only during special occasions, such as Mother’s Day.

Not home? For florist deliveries, the bouquet may be delivered to neighbours or a delivery note may be left. Our drivers are not able to call the recipient as standard.

Funeral flowers and sympathy arrangements

Funeral flowers, sympathy bouquets and mourning arrangements require extra care and accurate timing. These arrangements are prepared by a local florist and delivered to the requested location.

Because funeral deliveries are time-sensitive, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible and including all ceremony details in the order.

Plant delivery

Plants may be delivered by a local florist or by a specialized parcel delivery service, depending on the type of plant, size and delivery location.

Selected plants may be available for same-day florist delivery. Larger or specialty plants may require additional delivery time.

Fruit basket delivery

Our fruit baskets are carefully assembled and shipped through specialized logistics partners to ensure freshness and a beautiful presentation.

• Delivery method: usually parcel delivery.
• Same-day delivery: generally not available.
• Delivery days: depending on the selected fruit basket and courier schedule.
• Combined with flowers: only possible in selected cases when ordered 3–5 working days in advance.

If a fruit basket is ordered together with flowers at short notice, both products will usually be delivered separately.

Champagne, wine and alcoholic gifts

With our bouquets, we can normally offer standard Bottega 0.0% sparkling bottles, including white and rosé, for same-day florist delivery. These alcohol-free sparkling gifts can often be delivered together with flowers by the local florist.

Alcoholic beverages

Bottles containing alcohol are handled differently due to Dutch legislation and age verification requirements. These products are always shipped separately through a parcel delivery service equipped for age-restricted deliveries.

• The recipient must be able to identify themselves upon delivery.
• Alcoholic deliveries cannot be left unattended.
• Alcoholic deliveries cannot be delivered to neighbours.
• A signature or age check may be required.
• Flowers and alcoholic beverages are usually delivered separately.

Chocolates, bonbons and luxury chocolate gift sets

Local florists offer a limited standard assortment of chocolates and bonbons that can often be delivered together with bouquets.

In addition, Flowers.nl offers a larger collection of exclusive chocolate gift sets, luxury bonbon boxes and premium chocolate gifts. These are usually shipped separately through our specialized logistics partner.

• Small florist chocolates: often possible with flower delivery.
• Luxury chocolate gift sets: usually shipped separately.
• Warm weather: extra packaging measures may be used when needed.
• Combined delivery: only possible in selected cases when ordered 3–5 working days in advance.

Perfumes, fragrances and luxury wellness gifts

Perfumes for men and women, luxury home spa sets and personal care gift sets are generally shipped by parcel delivery.

• Delivery method: usually parcel service.
• Same-day florist delivery: generally not available.
• Combined with flowers: may only be possible when ordered 3–5 working days in advance.

If these products are ordered together with flowers at short notice, they will normally be delivered separately.
