Information about payment methods (including WERO), PayPal surcharge, invoices, refunds and payment issues.

You can pay at Flowers.nl using:
  • WERO (the upcoming successor to iDEAL across Europe)
  • Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express
  • Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Available options may vary slightly depending on your device and browser, but you’ll always see the available methods during checkout.

Only PayPal has a payment surcharge of 3%. We do not charge extra fees for other payment methods.

Yes. Payments are processed via secure payment environments from our payment partners. We do not store your payment details.

After placing your order you receive an order confirmation by email — this email serves as your invoice. For business orders you can add company and VAT details during checkout.

In some cases we can offer payment on invoice for business customers. Availability depends on the order volume and is assessed per request. Please contact us via the contact form to discuss options.

If an order is cancelled or credited, we refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on the payment method and typically takes a few business days.

Please try again or choose a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact us via the contact form and include any error message and (if available) your order reference.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, we start the refund. Depending on the payment method, the amount is usually returned within a few business days.
